New recipe I tried out last night! Delicious!
Ingredients:
2 Packages Ramen Noodles (broken into fourths)
1 Cup Snow Pea Pods (cut into thirds)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cup Matchstick Carrots
1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
1/2 to 1/3 Cup Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing
Sliced Green Onions (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the ramen
noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain. (DO NOT
USE THE SEASONING PACKETS, THROW THEM OUT!).
- Rinse noodles in
cold water and let cool completely.
- Combine the
noodles with the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with
green onions if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
